ASA Energy UK Ltd is an investment vehicle launched to acquire and transform retail petrol forecourt outlets in the UK. We anticipate that the transition from petrol powered cars to electric vehicles will fundamentally alter the way consumers engage with petrol stations. ASA Energy will provide a broad range of services that maximise the extra time consumers will spend in petrol stations while recharging an electric vehicle relative to the time spent refuelling a petrol-powered vehicle.

ASA Energy was launched in the UK in March of 2023 and will look to acquire key strategic franchises or unaffiliated petrol stations in strategic locations throughout the UK beginning in the 3rd quarter of 2023.
